Bad Day...

Okay, Cassie, we will see if you really ever look at this. I had the worst day ever yesterday. I am so glad that it is a new day. The garbage disposal broke, so I fixed it. Not so bad, right? Well then, the dishwasher broke. So, while I was fixing that, I noticed a problem with a part that wasn't broken. It is dripping like a teaspoon of water everytime it drains. Don't know how to fix that. But, Ali said to put a cookie sheet under it to catch the water and he will check it on Saturday, so we'll see. But the icing on the cake is this. I went to Lowe's to get some silicone caulk for the dishwaher. Came home and some of my christmas lights were out. Thought, "Man, I blew a fuse!" So, I went up to look at the lights, and there isn't a fuse blown! Some idiot cut my lights! and I mean cut them! Took wire clippers and cut between the bulbs! Ruined my lights! So now I have to buy new lights, replace those, etc. I was so upsetting! Apparently some teenagers in a neighboring neighborhood, do this as a pasttime. So, Spotsy county sherriff's department came out (I would like to give them some props right now - they were awesome). I felt stupid for calling them over christmas lights, but they assured me that that is what I should have done. He was so upset for me too. The best part of yesterday was Ali getting home safe and sound. I was nervous that he would call with a car problem, school problem or something. Well, thank God that it is a new day, and God carried me throught yesterday. I know that it is all trivial stuff, but it doesn't seem so trivial when you are going through it, ya know? I am so bad at this...

Okay, I am so bad at this. Really bad. I will try to do better. I have to get ready for my friend's baby shower tomorrow and I am totally streessed out. I feel like I am just "burning time" until Tariq gets on the bus. Then I can run out and get everything that I need. Hopefully, anyway. Okay.... I am going to post some Halloween pics soon. I will get better.
